About this site

Fresh off my own successful EB1 journey, I'm here to pay forward the incredible support I received along the way. My EB-1A visa was approved in December 2023 and I received my Green Card in August 2024. As an Indian citizen with an EB2 priority date of 2019, the wait for a Green Card with the EB2 visa would probably be more than a decade.

My LinkedIn post about this got some attention and a lot of people reached out to have a conversation about my profile, and the process, and for general guidance about their EB-1 possibility.

Why Should You Care?

For every person who reached out, I realize there were probably more who wanted to but didn't—perhaps finding it awkward or even intimidating.

If you are one of them, please know I was in your place once, trying to get in touch with someone who got their EB-1 with non-traditional profiles. There's something uniquely impactful about talking to a real person, rather than just reading blogs, that truly drives the message home.

The EB1 Initiative is all about making that first step a little less scary, and I am happy to meet you.

What will you find here?

Explore the blog, book a chat, or just browse around. Whether you're just starting to consider the EB1 path or deep in the process, I'm here to share what I've learned.

This is a no-sales zone—just knowledge sharing and support. Let's make your EB1 journey a bit clearer, one conversation at a time.

Obligatory, IANAL and these are my opinions and experiences. YMMV.
